FAQs

How long do your deliveries take?

We are determined that typical deliveries will take no longer than 1 and 3 days. However, for a variety of reasons that fall outside of our control this timeframe may be longer. We will email you, should we be made aware of any such delay.

Note: We cannot accept liability for any personal damages resulting from delays of the goods, including compensation for lost work and exceptional hire charges in relation to delays.  We strongly advise all customers to not schedule or start work before they are in receipt of the goods.

Do you offer next day deliveries?

We do offer a next day delivery service available from the delivery options. 

Note: For bundle and larger orders - make sure you contact us before 10:00 am to allow us time to prepare the order and organise appropriate transport.

Is there a delivery charge?

This is automatically calculated when you complete your order. Be aware that charges may vary dependant on factors such as weight, size and location. 

Is delivery included if I buy a large amount?

Contact us directly if you have a large requirement not catered for within our standard website offering.

Can I collect from you?

By appointment, you are able to collect from our warehouse located in Sidcup, South London. 

Can I return my order?

Due to the fragile nature and re-saleability of many of the products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless goods are received faulty, in which case the goods should be refused on delivery or we are notified within 24 hours of the delivery being received.

I missed my delivery – what happens now?

Please contact us as solutions may vary that depend on your location and type of products purchased.

Will you pay for the delivery costs if I return a product?

We will cover the cost of return if a product is misdescribed and/or faulty. 

If we are refunding you for delivery costs of your returned item, we will refund you the least expensive delivery method available, irrespective of the returns methos used.

If we do agree to a products return due to those goods being superfluous to your requirements, we may charge a 35% restocking charge and you will be responsible for the costs of the returning the goods.

How do I make a complaint?
